Found the order that didn’t spark joy? Click on it and hit that return request link. We'll eyeball it and give you a green light within 24 hours.

3. Chill While We Check It Out

Once we've rubber-stamped your return, we'll email you the return label. Can't find it in your inbox? It's tucked away in your CLWR account, under the relevant order.

4. Slap that Label On

Print your return label and give it a new home on the original package.

5. Kiss it Goodbye

All set to send it off? Drop your package at your nearest parcel agent. It's as simple as a bunny slope!
