Shipping:

We're stoked you're shopping with us, and we want you to know that we're on it. As soon as we get your order, we'll start packing it up like a pro. We try our best to get everything out the door by the next working day.

Just so you know, things can get a little hectic around here during busy periods like holidays and sales. If that's the case, it might take us a bit longer to process your order, but we'll still do our darnedest to get it to you as quickly as possible.Once your order has been shipped with DHL or Postnord, you'll receive an email with a tracking code so you can keep an eye on your package. 

Please note that we don't ship anything on weekends. That's our play time. So if you order on a Friday night, just sit tight, and we'll get it shipped out first thing on Monday.

Shipping times can vary depending on your location. Here's a breakdown of the estimated delivery times by region:

• Nordics: 1-3 Days
• Benelux: 1-3 Days
• Rest of Europe: 2-4 Days
• USA: 3-6 Days
• Norway: 2-4 Days
• Switzerland: 2-4 Days

Returns:

We want you to be over-the-moon stoked about your purchases. But, if for any reason you're not feeling the love, no worries! You can return any unused items within 14 days of delivery.

To start the return process, hop on over to your personal portal at https://colourwear.com/account. From there, follow the step-by-step guide to initiate your return. Easy-peasy, right? 

Here's the drill on how to pack your returns: throw your items back in the bag they came in, or if you're feeling fancy, go ahead and use the original packaging. Then, head on over to your nearest delivery center to drop it off. 

Please note that we'll inspect all returned items to make sure they're in tip-top shape with their original labels attached. If anything looks a little rough around the edges, we won't be able to accept the return.  

We will refund the returned goods to the account you paid with within 14 days from when the products have arrived at our warehouse. Woohoo! Thanks for being part of the ColorWear crew.

Hey there, exciting news! We've added Google Pay and Apple Pay to our payment options! That means you can now check out lightning fast with your favorite digital wallet in addition to Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express through Klarna Checkout. Easy-peasy, right?

Once you've completed your purchase, we'll send you a confirmation to the email address you provided. If for some reason you don't see it, be sure to check your spam folder first. If it's not there, give us a holler, and we'll sort it out. Just remember to have your shipping address and order number handy.
