Shipping & Returns

We pack all orders as soon as possible after they have entered our system. Usually at the latest the next working day.

Please note that during busy periods such as before holidays or during sales, processing your order may take a longer time than normal. We also do not ship anything on weekends or during bank holidays.

After your order has been shipped with DHL or UPS, you will receive an email with a tracking code to track your package. Keep in mind that it might take up to 24 hours for the tracking code to work.

- Countries within the EU - Free shipping

- Countries outside the EU - 10 EURO

Import duties and taxes may be applied by your local authority. It is a legal requirement that we declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages. Local import duties and taxes are levied by the carrier on behalf of the local customs authority.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused articles within 14 days of delivery. Without any further costs.

1. Pack the item(s) you want to return, ideally in the original packaging. 

2. Head over to your account page (the icon in the top right corner) and follow the step by step guide.

3. Leave the package to the nearest delivery.

Once we receive your returned items, all goods will be inspected. Articles must be returned undamaged and the original labels must be attached. Any item in unsuitable conditions will be rejected. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not reimburse underwear such as swimsuits.

We will refund the returned goods within 14 days to the account you paid with.

Please contact us through our contact form if you for any reason need a new return label.

Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange your return. Once we receive your return in good condition, we will refund the returned articles within 14 working days. If the article you are looking for is still available, you can make a new order on our website.
