How do I know that you received my order?
When you have completed your purchase, we will send a confirmation to your email address.
I did not receive an order confirmation to my email, what do I do?
If you have not received an order confirmation on your email, please make sure that it's not stuck in your spam folder.
If it's not, please contact us. Don't forget to provide the shipping address you provided when placing your order.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to change an order once it has been submitted; this includes changing the color and size of an item, removing an item, or changing the delivery address.
Of course, you have the right to cancel your entire order. Please contact our customer service if you wish to cancel your order.
Can I cancel my order?
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days. We are always trying to proceed with your order as fast as possible, which means it might have been shipped already.
Regardless, please contact us with your information and order number. We will issue a full refund to the payment method you used when purchasing.
Should the package already have left our warehouse, we will not be able to repay you until the order is back to us. Then it is treated as a regular return and the instructions on how to return your package can be found under shipping & returns.
This is free of charge for you.
The item I want is not in stock, can I get it any other way?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
However, should the product you wish to be sold out, we are happy to help you find alternatives. Please contact customer service for further assistance.
How does your pricing work?
All prices include VAT. Pricing is shown in EURO for all markets except Sweden, where SEK is shown.
